Atmos is a multifaced company doing business in three different sectors, currently we are looking to fill the position of enthusiastic Admin / HR Executive in our team. Job Descriptions:

The position will be responsible to ensure and carry out overall Admin & HR related tasks for smooth operations and achievement of organizational objective.

You are expected to deal with Employees and business admin affairs.
Manage HRIS system
Assist in recruiting through social media and other resources.
Take care of daily HR operations, sending offer letter, onboarding, documentation, orientation, offboarding.
Handle Employee’s grievances and adequate grip on house rule.
Organize any corporate events, lunch/dinner, trips or any other activities.
Take care of sensitive, emotional and well being topics of the employees
Maintain attendance record and fetching data from Bio-metric machine
Hands on experience of payroll system, final settlements, ESSI & EOBI
Be fluent in spoken English and expert in written English
Be a self-starter, self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
You must be excellent at interpersonal communication, and able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.
