The candidate will be provided with good resource and comprehensive training to further improve his/her skill set.
It is preferred that Call Center Agent should be highly organized and disciplined.
Responsibilities:
- Increase your performance consistently & generate maximum productivity.
- Maintain good relationships with your team, and demonstrate discipline and professionalism.
- To become a good Call Center Agent, you must initiate talking & building conversation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate education is required.
- Previous experience in a US/UK based call center/telemarketing project is preferred, but Fresh candidates can also apply
- Good English speaking, listening and customer engagement skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationship
