We are currently seekingan energetic and entrepreneurial-minded FEMALE who is keen to make an impact within a fast paced IT-Enabled enterprise, within the fields of People Operations & Human Resources. This Sr. HR & Recruitment Officerwill help execute programs that scale and grow the employee experience at AUA, working within and outside the HR division actively coordinating with the team leaders& senior management to drive People, Operations, and Recruiting initiatives.The ideal candidate will be a goal-getter, self-starter, great in communication and business writing, has experience owning HR projects end-to-end.

Job Functions:

  • Get One Month training in our Web Research and Phone Verification Divisions and understand our BPO Operations
  • Own all aspects of the employee lifecycle; from recruitment, to offer letter generation and onboarding, from employee experience & data management to offboarding
  • Responsible for selective yet aggressive talent acquisition including: identifying creative ways of sourcing CVs of potential candidates, managing talent pipeline, creating job posts and posting them on multiple social media and job search portals.
  • Screening CVs, conducting Phone Interviews to further shortlist the candidates for office interviews, confirming appointments, and performing office based interviews
  • Handle all day-to-day HR responsibilities of a small, but growing organization, including maintenance of attendance rosters, employee records & databases, issuing job letters, and ensuring compliance with regards to best HR practices and legal requirements
  • Work on special People Initiatives (including creating reports, presentations, analyzing and tracking data) in coordination with senior management and operations team to better enhance the employee experience,  talent retention& employee development
  • Manage employee benefit coverage details specifically insurance ( health, maternity, disability, life coverage) and be a point of contact between employees and insurance firm
  • Work closely and within the cross functional teams to understand, analyze and evaluate the operational requirements of clients and challenges faced by employees to better understand the people needs.

·         Management of Employee Appraisal Process including designing performance metrics, tracking performance, and administering the entire performance review process every six months

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, insurance, and compensation as well as counsel on grievances& harassment,and implement disciplinary proceduresto resolve any issues that may arise

·         Report to Senior Management and supervise junior HR personnel on a regular basis and in future be smart and capable enough to grow and take full responsibility of the HR division

Job Requirements:

  • Work 11:00am  to 8:00pm, using own conveyance.
  • Excellent fluency in written and spoken English along with a Light accent
  • Strong communication, counseling and persuasive Skills
  • Business Writing, Analytical, Presentation & Project Management Skills
  • Understanding of general employment laws, human resources policies, and procedures
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a people person, and have a flair for HR management and development
  • Possess computer literacy and keyboarding skills.
  • Bachelors/Masters in HR preferred, additional HR training a Plus.
  • Must have 2-4 experience in HR & recruitment field; preference will be given to applicants with prior international BPO/IT/call center industry experience

Job Compensation & Other Details

Salary: 30,000

Bonus: Annual Bonus (performance based)

Increments: Every Six Months (performance based)
