We are looking for an in-house, General Practitioner with up-to-date medical knowledge to answer any queries on the platform.
You will be working with the Marketing Team by having live video sessions, Q&A sessions and articles. With your creativity and knowledge, we aim to effectively convey Augment Care’s message to our target audience.
What you’ll do:
Responsible for handling all incoming patient’s medical queries on the platform appropriately within the realm of knowledge
Providing medical expertise to generate applicable medical and health related content
Incorporate changes recommended by the marketing team
Help identify process improvements and best practices for the team
Meet or exceed performance expectations including but not limited to: productivity and accessibility.
Fully cooperate with all monitoring and coaching activities to improve personal skills and performance results
