In this role, you will be responsible for entering data into our ERP system, providing user support, and training to our sales, godown, purchase and procurement, and accounting teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for router and network configuration and handling Windows support issues. Initially, you will be trained on the usage of our company's ERP system, but prior experience with some sort of ERP system is a plus.
- Minimum Experience required: At least 1 year of IT support experience.
