· One of the largest Education & Migration agency based in Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane Australia, seeking some skilled sales and telemarketing staff to launch the operation of Call center in Pakistan to sell the universities, colleges courses to the students currently studying / living in Australia which are particular from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

· This unique product and opportunity is for the energetic, disciplined, career oriented and responsible matured male/female candidates to sell number 1 product of Australia with high volume of sales everyday with learning more about Australian education and Immigration system for International students.

· Comprehensive salary package and attractive sales incentive plus bonus with full time permanent Job will be provided for the candidates to build their career for the long term future.

What we required

· AEG is looking for well educated, professional Telesales and social media Representatives to enhance the sales and students for company. You will be responisible for calling, sending text and social media messages to engage maximum clients with making good relationships.

Contact company’s existing and prospective students to convince and elaborate the benefits of the current courses listed for obtaining Permanent residency of Australia after finishing their education as per their fee affordability

· We required energetic Male/Female candidates with sound negotiation skills, excellent communication skills to work as call center agent Ideal candidates must possess the ability to work on their initiative, skills, deal with difficult situations/customers, and work as part of a highly productive team based in head office Melbourne.

Job Description:

· All Candidates should have to be good at languages (English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi)

· A good understanding of the market dynamics in Education & Migration Industry of Australia.

· You are required to be updated for the new course changes and the fees structure of the colleges.

· You are required to convert student’s enquiries to the enrollments.

· Forecasting and analyzing sales data.

· You are required to generate leads on daily, weekly and Monthly basis to meet the sales targets.

· Regular reporting to the director marketing.
