Automotive Artificial Intelligence (AAI) GmbH is a cutting-edge technology start-up based in Islamabad, Pakistan and Berlin, Germany. We offer a virtual 3D platform replicating a realistic city environment that tests the boundaries of autonomous driving software, with the aim to make autonomous driving safer. We are looking for a Senior 3D Environment Artist who is experienced in 3D Studio Max and substance tool group.

Responsibilities:

Create realistic 3D content, materials and texture maps for game environments.
Create highly optimized 3D models and textures for Real-Time rendering.
Take ownership of the content and work through to completion.
Constantly improve and advocate for best content creation and production practices.
Collaborate with Developers and fellow artists internationally to build the best visual experience possible.

Requirements:

5+ years of environment art experience in games or Real-Time rendering.
Excellent modeling skills to produce High-Poly and Low-Poly models.
Excellent texture mapping skills and strong understanding of modern shader usage.
Experience working with next gen Real-Time Shaders and Texturing workflows.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with a modern game engine (Unity, UE4, etc.)
AAA games experience is a plus
Excellent skills in 3D Studio Max and substance tool group
