We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Zendesk Support Agent to join our team and help us provide world-class client support.

Job Description:

As a Zendesk Support Agent, you will handle customer support inquiries through our Zendesk platform. In addition, you'll collaborate with our internal team to provide exceptional customer service, helping to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a strong focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone within established service level agreements
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, escalating when necessary
Collaborate with the Autymate team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide product support and training to customers
Document customer interactions and feedback in Zendesk
Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
Work closely with our product and engineering teams to report and resolve bugs and other technical issues
Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and resources

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS software company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Accounting knowledge would be a plus
Experience with software implementation or training is a plus
