Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Analyst to perform the following duties:

Communicate with our overseas project managers in Canada
Act as a bridge between the technical team in Pakistan and the project managers in Canada

Skills Required:

Manage QA related activities.
Log bugs/UI/Backend issues/changes etc. and their priority and severity.
Develop and execute test cases at various stages of project life cycle.
Develop and manage test Plans for projects.
Suggest ways to improve front and back-end procedures and processes.
Develop a deep understanding and expertise of the different product features and use cases and enhance this with knowledge of real-world business processes and flows
Design, develop, execute and maintain test cases for system, regression and integration testing
Perform installation/upgrade testing, platform and browser certifications
Document test execution results and log defects
Provide feedback and risk assessment on potential defects and functional/requirement gaps
Provide support for other testing activities as needed
Maintain and track project artifacts necessary for Quality Assurance throughout the development life cycle

NOTE: A major part of this job requires extensive QA (Quality Assurance) which means that you have to perform continuous standard-based testing of our ERP.
