This role will work with marketing leadership, marketing strategy, sales enablement, market planners, and ensure that the marketing efforts are on target, on brand and meet the needs of the organization from a lead generation, customer retention and thought leadership position.   

Responsibilities: Responsible for initiating and driving marketing campaign strategies and tactical plans. This position will manage and execute key marketing activities including demand generation, content, retention marketing, sales enablement development, and industry specific marketing communications to internal and external stakeholders. Conducts strategy sessions with team members and departments to develop winning strategies and themes, identifies and assesses competitors for differentiation.   Marketing Manager will lead all marketing functions in the organization to focus on the short and midterm product road map, long term product strategy and new business development. Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products. Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations Develop Avanza’s brand awareness and brand elevation in ME and Africa & Establish/open at least 1 new country or territory in a year. Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team:

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (preferably in Marketing or Business) from a reputable business school
  • Should have Digital Marketing experience
  • 7+ years of in-depth, business-to-business marketing and campaign strategy development.
  • Direct marketing experience including, digital advertising, content marketing, industry events/conferences, social media, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions, balancing analytical skills and creative thinking.
  • Extensive Marketing experience in tech organizations and B2B space
  • Experience in management and Head of Department role
  • Should have international marketing exposure outside Pakistan
  • Knowledge of business models and dynamics of Technology business and Software industry is a minimum requirement.
  • A background of proven and successful execution of brand activation and brand elevation projects in B2B space
  • Should have existing contacts and links or should have the ability to develop contacts and relationships with press, media and PR/advertising companies
  • Should possess sharp and upbeat presence and overall personality.
