Working closely with Unit Heads and Hiring Managers for recruiting, planning and to maximize effectiveness of recruiting/ hiring process and pipeline.
Ensure regular communication and progress updates to the Unit Heads and Hiring Managers in regard to statuses of positions.
Making sure that all open positions are efficiently and effectively filled
Managing Offer Negotiation, resignation acceptance till On-boarding of candidate

Administering:

Telephonic Interviews / Screening: Preliminary interviews to assess candidates and recommend top candidates to hiring department
Interview Scheduling’s:
Ensuring candidates and Interviewers availability
Send Calendar invites
Complete lifecycle of all Interview rounds.
