Experienced CSR and team lead`s required for the following campaigns right after eid:

Auto insurance
Health insurance
Final expense

Should have atleast 1 year of experience in the above campaigns and for team leads atleast 2 years.

Salary will be discussed at the time of selection and will vary on experience and performance But will be better than what already the candidate is getting from existing employer.

Ability to manage difficult customer situation.

Ability to comprehend,Sound judgmental powers,Job timings (will be according to campaigns)High level of motivation,Seperate Bonuses along with basic salary for hard working candidates.

Ability to work as part of a team-to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others,give as well as welcome feedback,contribute to building team spirit,aid others to succeed.
