We are looking for a qualified Visualizer - Graphic Designer having experience in video editing as well to join our team. You will be a part of our creative efforts in making a brand, positioning a brand, imagining & developing creative strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create videos, graphics, and animations
Digital retouching and image editing
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
Design & create digital media campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Creating artistic info graphics to present information on the website in a visually appealing manner.
You will need to: - edit the footage - add captions, titles, thumbnails, graphics, buttons, music (if necessary) - create export-ready formats/export to LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Amend designs after feedback
Open communication with Supervisor and Team to discuss the requirements of the projects and progress.
Contribute to our video strategy and provide advice on best practices
Development of the look, feel, and design for motion projects and videos.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand guidelines.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Provide advice on how to optimize video for maximum SEO and engagement

Requirements:

Excellent command in Photoshop , Illustrator and other tools .
Proven work experience as a creative Visualizer / Creative Team Lead.
Experience with visual communication principles.
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
VERY Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Understanding of layout aesthetics.
Experience with conducting user research, usability testing etc.
Experience in video editing
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
