Responsible for proper production planning of finished goods to ensure on time delivery.
Responsible for daily & monthly production targets.
To check the availability of fabric as required by stitching plan.
Continuously monitor and work to reduce production cost, wastage and ensure optimum utilization of fabric.
To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
To check and maintain record of all the finished goods inventory that is being made.
Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration & extra working hour.
Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine and materials as per plans
Supervision of labor and making daily production reports
Contacting and finding new vendors for multi head units, digital printing and block printing
Should have relevant knowledge and experience about fabric sourcing and dyeing
Should have knowledge regarding making production cost sheets before the start of any article
