  • Must be proficient in speaking Sindhi.   Direct Farmer Sales: 
  • Visiting potential and existing clients for data collection & survey on soil, cropping regime, inputs programs (fertilizer, pesticide, seed, etc.)
  • Following up with farm managers on their crop status, and negotiating fertilizer sales during the procurement period.
  • Ability to make feasibility and cost-benefit spreadsheet for farmer to purchase product. Summarizing trial findings and presenting
  • Ability to maintain sales pipeline document and client follow up document.
  • Access to collect list of farmers from Agriculture Department and approach.
  • o   Ability to approach farmers or managers for all issues relating to recovery.

  • ·        Dealer and Distributor Network
  • o   Ability to approach individual dealers to stock items in company portfolio.
  • Ability to negotiate rates with dealers and distributors in coordination with company management.
  • Ability to coordinate with logistics staff to coordinate deliveries for stocking.
  • Ability to support sale of product around dealer and distributor area and refer to dealer.
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of products in portfolio and ability to give training to dealers about sales points, application instructions.
  • Aid management in any issues relating to recovery.

Management

  • Ability to manage small team of Field Sales Representatives. During onboarding period of 3 months, will not be directly supervising sales representatives.o Will directly report to company sales management i.e. sales director or regional sales manager.
