Manage technical drawings, plans and ensure standardization of construction quality
- Must have experience of high-rise buildings and multistory buildings.
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Liaising with a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
- To prepare a regular report, keep all site records and documentation updated
- To ensure works done by sub-contractors are compliant with all technical requirements and specifications.
- Making sure the project complies with standards especially health and safety.
- To ensure work done are up to quality satisfaction especially finishing, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
- To inspect and handle all materials delivery and proper storage at site.Monitoring all Vendor / sub-cons’ work progress and dealing.
