● Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
● Over 8 years of experience in Software Development, Design, and Testing with over 3 years in a management and leadership capacity
● Results-focused; will go above and beyond to ensure project is delivered.
● Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, effective at the senior executive level
● Experience practicing agile software development methodologies
● Ability to coach team members in technical skills and provide advice and assistance on project management
● Analytical rigor and solid process management
● Experience of working with software project related stakeholders architects, analysts, development team, DevOps, SQA Team.
● Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
● Proactive, energetic, professional self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
● ERP Domain experience is a must
