Maintain a proper record of claims approvals and SOP of claims instructed by the Company.
To Sending claims of Sales Group wise after verification on daily or monthly basis.
Coordination with Claim Officers till his training in generation, sending settlements of claims.
Preparation of sales reports and other depots Analysis for Manager Claim.
Manage purchase returns against business associates purchase orders and follow up stocks.
Supervision of expiry intimations (all groups) Feeding, in time sending and maintain record.
Supervise stock transfers booking, logistic bills and freight claims on actual rates.
Handle queries both internal and external regarding expiry intimation.
Arrange claims follow up one company from every group in coordination with Claim Manager.
Maintain month wise summary of claims receivable movement and provide data as when required.
Update outstanding record of claims in financial and aging.
