Responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities with specific reference to inventory.
Responsible for maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and warehouse policies and procedures.
Responsible for conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Assisting Manager in completing warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
To monitor proper placing of goods to avoid any kind of damages.
Ensure Inspection of warehouse tools and bars.
Ensure monitoring temperature of all warehouses are according to requirement.
Ensure equipment of emergency response process are available and in working condition.
Ensures the hygienic condition of warehouse personnel.
Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the company.
Assisting Manager WH in the implementation of all warehouse regarding SOP,s in the warehouse.
In the absence of Manager WH responsible for warehouse operations
