Check all kind of claim policy feeding, daily claim generation and approvals records.
To ensure complete and in time claims (all kinds) generation both in aging and financial and sending to concern Principals according to given SOP and deadlines.
Verification of all claims policies, approval record and ready claims before sending Manager Claims & audit Department.
Maintain & manage company wise claim nature wise SOP of claim generation, sending etc.
Supervise & Check all kinds of Claims, Claims Settlements Vouchers (CSV-JV) & Journal Vouchers before sending to audit department.
Coordinate with principals take over their queries regarding claims & others issues provide best solutions according to their requirements & SOP.
Check all the Pharmaceuticals purchases (both regular and service charges).
Check and take follow up from team over settlements / posting of purchase and purchase returns in system, supervise and follow up stocks inward/outward.
Responsible for 100% reconciled ledger balances of Principals and other liability accounts provide solution against deferred issues after liaison with principal staff.
Provide services to all business requirements and ensure optimal handling of all claims and investigate all issues.
Assist the Manager Claim in creating and distributing monthly reports to Management on claims statistics and status of receivables
The ability to handle a demanding workload, yet meet positional and Company objectives under pressure
