• Ensure maintenance of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations as per the warehouse policies and SOP of Good Warehouse Keeping.
• Prepare record of all agreements regarding validation and calibration of Warehouse standards, equipment and certificates which includes fumigation, smoke detector, security system and etc.
• Ensure proper placing of products to avoid any kind of damage.
• Generating, updating and implementation of all SOPs of the Company.
• Responsible of conducting Warehouse Quality Audit to ensure the effective planning controlling and products hanging is done as per the Quality and Warehouse SOPs.
• Establishes priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives.
• Handles and resolves all quality problems occurring.
• Inform Management regarding the quality issues which are on the head of principals / suppliers.
• Ensure vehicles are properly checked and they are properly maintaining the temperature logs.
• Check GRN and quality inspections of products which include breakage, expiry, nonmalleable, shortage, batch checking and total quality reconciliation in warehouse and store room.
• Ensure physical inspection of overall stock and proper placement of products as per the SOPs.
• Oversee the warehouse staff are properly managing and storing the stock at control conditions.
• Ensure that the temperature, humidity, cold/cool room, secure storage and flammables are proper done and documented.
• Check the daily cleanness and maintenance supervision of warehouse, kitchen and washrooms is done as per the prescribed standards.
• Ensure that all health safety, cleanliness and work environment protocol are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with the external audit teams regarding warehouse inspection and quality audit.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing quality related results as needed. • Ensure warehouse performing their operations as per Good Storage Practices. • Ensure Loading and unloading of all incoming vehicle as per Good Storage Practices.
• Ensure inspection of warehouse tools and bars are being done regular basis.
• To ensure that the deviations from the Quality Standards and SOPs are reported, investigated and recorded.
•To perform other duties as specifically assigned by the top management of the Company.
• Equipment of emergency response process are available and in working condition.
• Ensures the hygienic condition of warehouse personnel.
• Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the company.
• Other suitable duties assigned by Management as required or in line with the position competencies.
