We are looking for talented Inside Sales Representatives for one of our clients engaged in Third-party logistics in the United States.
This position is responsible for generating new revenue through prospecting via cold calling to pursue business. The Account Manager will assess business potential, and plan and organize call campaigns. Experience preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make prospecting calls.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Managing customers’ interest.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Maintain high levels of growth.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
Other Responsibilities:
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Accurate and able to produce quality work
- Negotiation skills
- Problem solver
- Self-motivated
Education/Experience:
- Some college preferred but not required.
- Previous sales or call center experience is required.
- Logistics experience preferred but not required
