We are an up and coming retail brand is offering a position under our management trainee program within our sourcing department. Key responsibilites would include:

- Coordination of production activites within the guidelines decided by higher management.

- Ensuring that quality parameters are upheld across all processes.

- Ensuring the timelines and production targets are met.

This is a entry level position that requires little or no previous past experence. Ideal candidates would have a background education in textile manufacturing/ design/ supply chain related fields.

The Management Trainee Program is a 6 month program. Following the conclusion of the program, the company may offer a permanent position to the applicant based on his/ her performance.
