Check the final products and FIFO (First In First Out)

Maintain Documents ( Record keeping )
Traceability of defect
Analyzed quality parameters of ingredients used in process.
Maintaining the records of OPRP & CCP verification and assuring the signature on reports.
Ensure production of products as per established Quality standards and specifications
To assure monitoring and implementation of operational aspects of GMPs, Hygiene,
Sanitation & quality in Processing areas.
Ensure recipe and rework control in products.
Contribute and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objective, policies and procedures for the Quality Assurance Department.
Documentations of production daily log sheets.
Notify process problems to the Quality Assurance staff and improve the quality level.
Build and maintain good working relationship with team members and management.
Feedback quality problems to the production team and find solution to improve quality level inspection of workplace and equipment.
Cleaning Microbiological tests in Lab.
Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
