Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and service building equipment.
Oversee security of buildings and grounds
Coordinating all maintenance issues and schedules.
Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.
Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning and parking.

Job Specification:

Education:

Bachelor’s in project management, Business management or construction management.

Experience:

2 to 3 year of experience in facilities management functions.
