Dealing with day to day accounts related operational matters.

• Responsible to involve in monthly management accounts closing

• Accrual computation

• To ensure proper head wise classification of expenses and income.

• To ensure proper accounting treatment of adjusting entries i.e. etc. on monthly basis and weekly basis

• To ensure closing of accounting period as per final check list on monthly basis.

• Responsible to assist HOD account and finance in monthly management accounts. Preparation of all areas as well as in preparation of consolidated financial statements.

• Responsible to carry out updated reconciliation of all type of Ledgers Receivable or payable..

Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements.

• Preparation of daily Bank Position to maintain updated trial balance.

• Checking of: Store Payment, Utilities Bills Payments, Sales Tax payments, Withholding income tax payments, Salary & Wages H.O. & Mills, Leave encashment & Final settlements, EOBI & PESSI payments,and Other Creditors and Payables.

• Preparation of receipts vouchers.

• Drafting of official and Bank Letters. (i.e. Stop payment letters, bank statements request letters and any other letter depending upon the circumstances)

• Co-ordination with banks for bank related issues.

• Reconciliation of Bank balances with balances as per books of accounts Preparation & Checking of Income Tax Challan & weekly Submission of withholding income tax deducted of store parties and other suppliers/service providers.
