Requirements:

Good communication skills in english, urdu & punjabi
German A1 is a plus
Strong phone contact handling and active listening .
Proven customer support experience or worked as CSR.
Ability to multi task , prioritize and manage time , taking orders , managing complains & time effectively.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and learn fast.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Basic computer knowledge is a must.
