The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial management, financial reporting, managing the organizations HR, helping and creating organizational and program budgets, overlooking Bali Memorial’s projects.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as head of the Management Team, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership to all the departments of the Trust.
Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with the Board of Directors.
Bali Memorial Foundation established in 1998 with the mission to help poor and needy people in the field of education and medical etc. Bali Memorial Foundation established a medical camp of 200 beds at Islamabad Sport Complex. Highly qualified doctors were available at the medical camp who have provided full medical treatment and basic necessities of life to almost 200 patients in which mostly women and children were effected and also facilitated 500 attendants.
