As an MTO, you will be on course to developing the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to take up challenging tasks and contribute to BankIslami’s transformation and further success.
Career Development
In this intensive and highly rewarding 18-month development programme, you will be rotationally placed in various group functions and have the opportunity to be directly mentored by a Group Head throughout the placement.
You will also benefit from first class training & development and certified Islamic Banking programmes specially designed for the MTOs.
After 18 months of intensive work placements and project work, you will be succession planned to take up a Managerial role at the end of the scheme.
