Our team has full-stack marketing expertise, which allows us to build customized sales funnels tailored for every phase of the buyer journey. Our vision is to scale 100K businesses annually by providing them necessary strategic direction, knowledge, and tools. We are looking for an experienced email marketing executive to join our growing team. You might be the right fit if you can demonstrate marketing knowledge, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, prioritize time, display a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing unique creative content. Responsibilities:

Work with the marketing team to develop the promotional and branded email campaign calendar in accordance with the client’s needs.
Oversee and direct email content, check for accuracy, and proof all messaging in conjunction with marketing leadership.
To coordinate the email marketing campaigns.
Strategize, and implement new ways to increase email marketing revenue and engagement by utilizing segmentation and email collection programs.
Set up, test, and launch all emails according to the schedule
Work with internal stakeholders to execute emails for special initiatives.
Identify target audience and compile e-mail databases accordingly
Actively purge, expand, and maintain e-mail databases for lead generation
Strategize, create and implement compelling e-mail copies
Research leads and prepare custom ice breakers
Work with email marketing tools including mail chimp, lemlist, zoho marketing hub, mail shake and pitch box
Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs
Ensure prompt and accurate replies to leads via e-mail
Follow up on e-mails
Update weekly and monthly KPI reporting, analyze data and identify trends to improve overall email performance, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Stay updated with Industry best practices for email marketing.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Email Marketing
Proven record of creating high-impact unique e-mail marketing campaigns
Bachelor in Marketing or relevant field
Experience with content personalization
Experience with Google Analytics
Creative problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with appropriate specialists on the team to produce well-crafted copy
Strong research and analytical skills
Self-motivated and a self-starter
