Basecamp Data Solution is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help clients migrate to Zoho and build innovative system solutions. Our clients use a variety of systems to be able to accomplish their business objectives, and they are trying to migrate to Zoho One. The Zoho consultant would work with clients to either implement the system or enhance their system. This position is not limited to implementing Zoho systems; rather it may/will involve any other system implementation.

Qualification/Knowledge

Bachelor’s business/computer science degree or 1-2 years relevant work experience
A salesforce Admin Certification and experience with CRM software like Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar, Zoho, or HubSpot SQL experience is a plus.
Strong project management skills, being able to manage complex projects with many moving pieces, and commitment to task completion, including figuring out processes and moving projects from vision to implementation
Knowledge in Systems design, solutions, and analysis
Familiarity with how Zoho integrates with other systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex ideas to both internal and external clients
Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to coach teams
Ability to comprehend complex data sets and simplify into an actionable plan, using tools such as Excel
Strong understanding of data structure and how it feeds into business processes and systems
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, including coordinating with all levels of internal management
Well-organized, highly self-motivated and High attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, multiple CRM platforms (especially ZOHO, but others are a bonus), PowerPoint and Zoho Projects
The ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines and continually prioritize changing tasks
Ability to self-manage, and quickly learn new functionality as necessary
Should be flexible to work in rotations

Experience

At least 2 years experience in Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM implementation is a plus
