We are looking for sharp and energetic Technical CSR's who can work in a challenging and yet compatible environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Describe Features of technical service/products to satisfy the customer.
Ability to manage ticketing system properly as per SLA.
Create/Update tickets and in a proper manner.
Liaison with other departments for timely delivery of products.
Call customers for queries/verification
Communication Skills: You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.

The ideal Candidate must possess:

Experience of handling number of calls/complaints from the customers and updating tickets
Must have the ability to provide right technical solutions to the customer's request.
Proficiency in Problem resolution techniques with strong voice and accent

Skills

Strong Communication, Ability to use software, Team Player, Time management, Confident, flexible & have sound knowledge in Computer systems.

Note: This is a Hyderabad based position please do not apply if you are not form Hyderabad or not willing to relocate.
