- Continuously searching for new clients.
- Sales of residential solar electric systems.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Interpreting customer requirements & calculating client quotations.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with terms and conditions.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Solving client problems in decision making.
- Helping in the design of customized systems as per customer needs.
- Prospecting for and qualifying leads.
- Analysis of customers' current and projected electrical usage and financial return on investment.
- Pricing PV systems and generating quotes.
- Logging all communications with customers in the contact database.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance to potential customers.
Skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills and experience.
- Knowledge of financial calculations.
- General construction understanding i.e. ability to read and understand electrical and structural drawings - reading/interpreting blueprints & field layouts.
- General understanding of electricity and electrical systems.
- Proficient with computers and applications like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be highly organized & have the ability to multi-task and set priorities.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- English proficiency is must since targeted customers are in the USA.
- Sound communication skills.
- Willing to work in the evening shift (Shift hours 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT).
