Work closely with the Operations Management Consultant from the US

Serve as the liaison between the US and basecamp departments

Take individual lead on special projects and deliver results on-time

Make important planning and strategy decisions.

Oversee large projects by communicating expectations to multi departments or individuals and develop detailed plans to monitor and track progress to ensure timely completion

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Coordinate meetings and conference calls with relevant departments or individuals to discuss current projects, new projects or organization initiatives

Report and escalate concerns or issues to management as needed

Develop documents, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Perform analytics and audits on current informational data and make adjustments to increase efficiency

Provide inspired leadership for the organization
