BATIK is recruiting Internal Audit Executive to perform key Internal Auditing job that may include but are not limited to:

Job Description.

To plan, manage, perform, control and report, both planned and otherwise Internal Audit Activities assigned by HOD

Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, etc.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
Maintain open communication with management and audit team members.
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
Assist to develop the organization’s yearly audit plan and periodic audits.
Help to verify the exactness of different financial situations as they relate to liabilities, assets, expenditures, receipts, and other transactions
Take part in the coordination of audit assignments and ensure good interactions with the administrators, staff, external auditors and law enforcement agencies.
Any other audit activity as assigned by management.

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience preferably in Industry.

Excellent communication (verbal & written), strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Effective planning skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
Knowledge of auditing concepts and principles.
Knowledge and experience of using accounting softwares.
