We are hiring HR Officer for our Software House Beacon Innovation

The HR Officer works under the functional guidance of the team lead to support the following activities:-

Develop an understanding of the current and future HR needs of the organization
Support the recruitment processes, conduct performance reviews and introduce team-building activities
Assist in the upgrading of organization HR processes and its documentation

Tasks

The HR Officer performs the following tasks:

Preparing job descriptions, advertising positions, scheduling of interviews, developing contracts and managing the entire employment process
Orientating new employees and training existing employees
Monitoring employee performance and conduct periodic reviews
Mentors staff and promotes continuous learning and capacity development
Providing counseling on HR policies and procedures
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic format.
Identifying the need to modify HR policies, procedures and tools and provides input into new approaches, systems and procedures to maintain and improve service delivery
Introducing team-building measures that ensure employee engagement within the organisation
Presenting the organisation in internal and external meetings and events
