We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented individual to help boost our business development and sales. You will also have the opportunity to excel in administrative work and polish your skills.
1) Responsibilities ( Duties)
- know-how about the market fluctuations and opportunities in the Real Estate Industry.
- The incumbent must be able to target clients through proper market research and using different tools.
- Collect Real estate dealers’ and brokers’ information for deals.
- To finalize and close the deal between sellers and purchasers.
- Must be able to follow up on the given leads and portfolio on a daily basis.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
2) Job Specifications
- Education level minimum "Intermediate" is required.
- Gender requirement "Male".
- Should be able to work during working hours from 9:30 am -6:30 pm.
- The candidate should possess a positive attitude toward clients.
- Candidates with extrovert nature for good public dealing.
- Should be able to manage stress and work under pressure.
Education: I.com/FA/ FSc, BA/BSc, B.om/ BBA
Experience: Fresh - 1 year.
Working Hours: 9:00 am-6:00 pm
Salary: Market competitive with a flexible commission-based model.
