Maintain strict confidentiality about patient treatment, diagnosis, and related procedures
Ability to handle multi-functions across numerous software, websites and documents.
Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner.
Ability to meet daily deadlines, take responsibility and work under pressure
Serve as a point of contact for patient billing queries
Insurance verification and patient registration
Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of responsibility.
Daily & Weekly reporting of, production of accounts and any billing issues.
Knowledge of insurance payers, insurance verification, billing lifecycle and reconciliation of data entry and knowing of clean claims processing.

Requirement

Experience in using one or more Practice Management Systems/Billing Software.
Excellent documentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Daily completion of clearinghouse and practice software edits and rejection.
1 or 2+ years of experience in medical Billing data entry
Pediatric Billing experience will b preferred .
