Job and Responsibilities:

To work as part of an audit team / run an audit / manage or supervise audit team.
Actively engage in the planning of the audit, as well as the actual fieldwork at interim and final stages of statutory audit
Producing audit reports for Director and Partner review
Providing leadership and direction to designated team. Providing feedback on performance of audit team to senior management.
Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realize their full potential Mentoring and guiding junior employees
Prepare and present proposals and tenders
Bookkeeping Skills on accounting software will be an add on.
Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates

Requirements:

Proven work experience at likewise position (At least 1 years or more);
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems;
Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships;
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
Must be ACCA Qualified/ CA Finalist (Completed Articles from reputed Firm)
