Bester Capital Media is looking for a Social Media Expert. We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency offering great professional growth opportunities to interested individuals.

Responsibilities:

· Management of Social Media Channels

· Creating Brand Awareness

· Setting up and Managing Paid Campaigns

· Run paid ads on various Social Media platforms

· Analysing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor’s data.

· Structuring Behavioral Aspect of Potential Customers

· Setting Targets

· Tracking Social Media Influencers

· Keep Up to Date with any Social Media Trends

· Planning of Marketing Strategies to Help Drive Traffic and Engagement

· Assist with Social Media Performance Report

· Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+ and engage with the social media users

· Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks.

· Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.

· Regularly monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis reports.

· Creating and promoting a company blog on a weekly basis.

· Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.

· Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals.

Requirements:

· At least 3-4 Year experience in SM paid and organic

· Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in relevant field

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience working with digital Media agency.

· Problem-solver.

· Team-oriented.

· Strong work ethic.

· Team Player
