UI/UX Designer

Bester Capital Media, a full-service ad agency located in Dubai is looking for Sr. UI/UX Designer. The Job Position will be based in Lahore, but the resource will work closely with the team in Dubai on UAE-based brands.

Qualification: Bachelors in Media Sciences/Diploma in Design & Animation/Bachelors in Design & Animation

Professional Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role in a reputable Advertising Agency is mandatory.

- 360-degree advertising campaigns

- Digital Marketing Campaigns

- Designing Social Media Posts & Ads

- Designing other Digital Ads

- Designing Marketing Collaterals (Print, Digital, Electronic, Outdoor)

- Designing Mood board for photo shoots

- Designing Story board for video shoots

Technical Skills (Proficient in the following tools):

- Adobe After Effects

- Adobe Premier Pro

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

-Adobe XD

- Photo Editing (Lifestyle, Product, Food, Interior Architecture, Outdoor, Portraits, Events, etc.)

- Video Animation (2D animated ads, explainers, digital ads, interviews, activations, events, product, lifestyle, fashion, etc.)

- Video Editing

- 3D Animation

- 3D modeling & rendering

Skill & Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role

-UI design portfolio

-Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Ability to discuss and explain design options

-Detail oriented

-Critical thinker

-Problem solver and customer-centered

-Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver

-5+ years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3

-Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.

-Should be proficient in English verbal and written expression
