Handle all development and operational activities of clearing business
Develop network of partners and subsidiaries
Managing all clearing operations activities
Responsible for achieving departmental productivity goals
To plan and develop the systems and procedures to improve the operations quality and efficiency of the division
Monitoring the Custom Clearance procedures and ensuring to build a strong relationships with various governmental organizations and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations
To set individual accountability and goals and to give recommendations for the internal promotions. Other related responsibility or administrative duties
Manage, control and supervise the activities of the Clearing and Forwarding operations staff
Deal with customs queries where the clearing staff cannot resolve same
Report daily activities Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in the clearing process
Agree on costs and disbursements to carry out clearing
Check and verify shipping records, handle questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and address problems with inventory control
Ensure proper compliance and adherence to all appropriate regulations, policies and laws
Consistently promote a strong corporate culture, quality and high performance work teams
Bringing sales of all products such as warehousing, local distribution. Air freight, sea Freight and road transport
Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company’s revenue, market share and profitability
Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner
