The inbound call center agent is an integral member of the Sales and Services Business with primary responsibility for performance assurance and live monitoring of US staff. The candidate will lead, motivate and coach a diverse team that is working in your assigned branches in US from our back office in Lahore.
The successful candidate will interact directly with on floor sales staff in the US, local managers in US and Operations Team in Lahore Office. Monitor sales associate productivity, compliance of sales process and formulate contingency plans and strategies at start of shift and throughout the day.
Make decisions and adapt to changing business needs. Manage daily operations of assigned locations. Collaborate with associates and management to root cause opportunities and challenges that could improve process and procedures in all the branches.
Improve teamwork, provide team feedback on performance and provide accurate focuses on strengths and development needs. Foster creativity and initiate learning. Communicate company goals and plans. Communicate between shifts on daily activities that can help or impede the daily process between shifts.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Highly developed sales skills and oral/written presentation ability. Self-directed, ability to work independently with limited supervision. Adaptability, Teamwork and Strong motivational skills.
