Big Beehive is a full service digital & social media marketing agency, where we are currently looking for an Account Manager & Strategist, with an eye for creativity and a passion for all things digital. The Strategist will work closely with brands to explore & identify ways to integrate new & social media platforms into business strategies & marketing campaigns. The Strategist will be responsible for:

Conceiving, deploying & maintaining comprehensive & creative strategies that will be applied to increase visibility, traffic, engagement & recall
Applying market research pertaining to each client & develop highly targeted campaigns that help our clients meet their marketing goals
Applying research & development methods to learn & understand emerging trends & technologies on digital & social media platforms and communicate & employ this knowledge to enhance ongoing & upcoming plans
Mentoring best practices for creating, managing, monitoring and developing content for social networks
Ensuring consistency of execution across multiple networks
Offering key insights for improving programs to enhance results & meet business goals in an effective & timely manner
Pitching comprehensive strategies and long-term plans to potential clients in an effective manner

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant field, a minimum experience of 1-2 years in an advertising/marketing role, must be able to exhibit exceptional creativity and must possess superior communication skills for effective articulation & presentation of strategies.
