Also, the company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.

Major job responsibilities include:

Verification of claims and Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable

Data Entry in Excel and QuickBooks accounting software

Keep Proper Filing system

Manage General Ledger, including timely and accurate monthly closings, the review of account balances, and the reconciliation of accounts.

Monthly Bank Reconciliation

Process transactions related to accounts payable and account receivable, payroll, fixed assets.

Requirements:

B.com, M.com or Graduation in relevant field.
Preference will be given to the person having knowledge of the accounts management.
Basic knowledge of computer skills is compulsory (MS Word & Excel)
Shift Time (06:00PM to 03:00AM)

Salary range: Depends upon your qualifications and experience.
