Bindia is looking to hire a customer service personnel for its office based in Lahore. The hired person’s day at the job will mostly be spent communicating with our customers based in Denmark but the responsibilities are not just limited to customer service. The person will also be performing some tasks related to accounting and bookkeeping.
Bindia is a Denmark based company and we have been in business for more than 14 years. We own four takeaways and a restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualities:
1. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
2. Good in mathematics
3. Self-motivated, assertive, a good problem solver
4. Customer service skills to manage complex and emotional customer situations
5. The ability to multi-task
Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Working days: Wednesday-Sunday
Off days: Monday-Tuesday
Salary: From PKR 55,000
