Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.

Assisting the Operations Director in Recruitment Procedure.
Maintenance of personnel records.
Attend incoming calls and transfer to the respective employee/department.
Booking Courier services to pick up Mails/Packages, and receiving all Mails and Packages.
Calling/scheduling new candidates for Interviews.
Other Miscellaneous tasks.
