Coordinate with Oversea, Carrier, Shipping agent and Freight Forwarder.
Negotiation with freihgt forwarders on shipping rates.
Follow up with all imports/export shipment on a daily basis.
Coordinate with warehouse for loading export cargo and unloading import cargo.
Preparing all import related documentation. i.e. Invoice, packing list, airwaybill / B/L.
Preparing and submitting EIF forms for approval.
To perform all miscellanous jobr related duties as well.
