Maintaining records of documents
Letter Writing, Report Making, preparing Minutes of Meetings
Handling all Secretarial works, coordinating between the Staff and the Management.
Maintaining Online and Offline records of correspondence i.e. Letters, Reports, Minutes of meetings, Project related data, all outgoing & incoming correspondence
Preparing minutes of meetings and drafting letters.
Maintaining correspondence of Office, Foreign, incoming and outgoing both.
Making Minutes of Meeting
Screening, Prioritizing, responding & redirecting incoming emails
Making Presentation
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Taking dictation & preparing MOM
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Organizing events and conferences

Required Candidate profile

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook & MS excel etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication Skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
hands on experience on secretarial job.
