Preparing quotations for the various spares
Follow-up for order placement for medical parts to the manufacturer.
Manage day to day activity of engineers
Maintain pending order status sheet
Maintain Customer PO report
Maintaining weekly Service PO’s received.
Coordinating with manufacturer related to complaints.
Managing complaints of Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi head office.
Preparing different kind of Letters if asked by Customers.
Documentation, which includes keeping Installation, Service reports customer vise.
Managing Installations, demos of equipment.
Updating complaints with their status on Up Keep software.
